Summary: Great place to stay. They had a room when i was in a bind and where another hotel canced on me last moment after i traveled a hour in a half. Will stay there again in January when family comes back for monster truck

Summary: The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and a movie theater. Continental breakfast was okay.

Summary: Overall this was a great stay, enjoyed my time there. Service was great.Desk clrks at arrival.and departure were awesome. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink was dirty, there was hair and soapscum in it. I would stay here again. Needs a microwave in the rooms, i had to throw away food that I wanted to heat up, wasn't able to eat it.

Summary: The hotel and room itself was great. It was getting inside the hotel that was sketchy. Greensboro is known for its homelessness and people walk up to your car, go through the outdoor trash cans. I would be afraid to stay alone.

Summary: The hotel was clean, but needed improvement. The facebowl had a slow leak the water ran out slow. I didn't know that Pets were allowed. Which might explain the small i experienced in the furst room I was pit in. It had a bad odor. The room I was moved into, was up to par. No bad odors were there. The front desk clerks were very helpful. They were there 24 hours a day to service their guest. They were very attentive.

Summary: I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and felt comfy, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was solid. They really need to replace the the hallway carpet however, it smells awful.

Summary: There is not an elevator in thr building and That was never told to me . I didn’t tealize it until I went looking for it but there is a sign . And my smoke detector chirped every 18 seconds all night even though I told 2 different desk clerk . I was told maintenance was not on sight and it would be about 45 minutes . That was around 1130pm. Maintenance came around 905am. Imagine trying to sleep listening to a dead battery chirp every 18 seconds all night . I will never stay at your hotel agsin nor will I ever recommend it to anyone . The plus side is that the your workers were friendly and polite .
